GC Support Services (GCSS) was founded by Nadine Jones, a former General Counsel and compliance executive with more than 20 years of experience across Big Law and in-house leadership at a multibillion dollar organization.

GCSS supports organizations, such as PE portfolio companies and growth-stage startups, and other organizations that have reached the point where legal decisions are shaping the business, but full-time in-house legal leadership is not yet practical.

Rather than operating as outside counsel or project support, GCSS embeds experienced General Counsel-level judgment directly into how organizations make decisions. The focus is on translating legal standards into practical, defensible ways of working that strengthen governance, improve visibility, and reduce reliance on person-dependent processes.

Nadine’s approach is grounded in real-world business experience, collaboration, and execution. She is known for moving quickly from insight to implementation, building structure where it is missing, and helping leadership manage legal risk through clarity rather than constant escalation.
