Hello
I’m an attorney and compliance professional with over 20 years of legal experience spanning Big Law, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. I’ve served in a range of leadership roles—including General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for a multibillion-dollar logistics company—bringing practical insight and steady judgment to complex legal environments.

I work behind the scenes to help you manage what can feel like an impossible workload, offering trusted support that makes your days smoother and your leadership stronger.
A Career Built on Purpose and Impact
I’m a 2003 graduate of Howard University School of Law, and since then I’ve built a career rooted in service, leadership, and meaningful impact. I began at a top-tier Washington, D.C. law firm, representing clients as outside counsel for nearly a decade before moving in-house at the world’s leading third-party logistics provider. There, I advanced through roles including Vice President of Compliance, Corporate Counsel, and ultimately SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to serve in a wide range of capacities—on a White House and Congressional Commission, representing corporations in multibillion-dollar mergers, and even as a court-appointed public defender in a pro bono matter. I also founded a nonprofit focused on improving civilian-police relationships, serving as its Executive Director. Today, I continue to serve on the boards of both a for-profit company and an international nonprofit in the law enforcement space.

I’ve been fortunate to gain deep, diverse legal experiences—but at this stage of my career, my greatest fulfillment comes from supporting people. My goal is to help leaders and their teams shine by providing legal and compliance support that removes barriers and unlocks capacity.

I look forward to connecting—and working together to help your organization reach its highest potential.
